Well, here it is. Student Council Presidents~ I guess there's no need for further explanation. Vote on.

Kanade Jinguji - Gokujou Seitokai
Kanade is the executive director and founder of Miyagami Gakuen, president of the Gokujou Seitokai, and the successor to the Jinguuji conglomerate. She takes a special interest in Rino and takes care of her, later found to be at the request of Rino's mother, a relative of hers. She is able to telepathically communicate with other people. Also of note is that Kanade is later revealed to be Mr. Poppit, Rino's penpal at the beginning of the series. When she was just a kid, she had a wish to go to school and so Miyagami High School was built. After her graduation from high school, Kanade returns in the last episode as the director of the school.



Nokoru Imonoyama - CLAMP Campus Detectives
A 6th grade student and the Elementary School Board Chairman. The youngest son of the Imonoyama zaibatsu, the founders of Clamp School, he has inherited the family fondness of doing absurd things just for the sake of doing them. Nokoru has one of the top IQs in a school full of geniuses and NASA has been vying for the mind of the elementary schooler. He also has the unique ability to detect a lady in distress from two kilometers away. For this reason, he established the Clamp School Detective Agency, although this was also an incentive to get out of his Chairman duties. He is also the only one out of the three young detectives that doesn't play a sport.



Milly Ashford - Code Geass
Milly Ashford is the granddaughter of the school superintendent, Ruben K. Ashford, and president of the Student Council. Milly enjoys teasing Shirley and is eager to discover Lelouch's weaknesses — enough so to rally the entire school into chasing after Arthur when she suspects the cat to hold something precious to him. She is secretly in love with Lelouch, but realizes the need to restore her family's status by marrying a noble.



Shizuku Sangou - Kämpfer
President of the Student Council and one of the Three Beauties of Seitetsu, she is a model student with perfect attendance record. In addition, however, she is also a Red Kämpfer fighting with the Schwert ability of wielding two chained daggers at will. She wants to expose the Moderator's intentions but has no problem fighting Blue Kämpfer until that goal was accomplished,also seems to have feelings for Senou Natsuru and claim that she is his girlfriend, and shows no shame by proving that.



Shizuru Fujino - Mai-HiME
Not only that she's a senior at Fuuka Academy, Shizuru is also the President of the Fuuka Academy student council. She has her own fanclub that follows her everywhere, thanks to her cool yet inviting disposition and distinctive Kyoto accent which had made her quite popular with students of both genders.



Tomoyo Sakagami - Clannad
Tomoyo transferred to Tomoya's school as a second year student during spring. Although Tomoya is older than her, Tomoyo does not show him his due respect as a senior student. She has a younger brother named Takafumi (鷹文?).

She is rumored to be violent and to have a misconduct record for fighting. These rumors are later confirmed, when she beats up several delinquents from her previous school at a day during school hours. Youhei challenges Tomoyo, unable to believe what he saw. After several meetings with Tomoyo, Tomoya learns from Tomoyo that she wants to be a student council president, and later, her reason of wanting to be one.

I like Shizuku the best. Her looks and character are in perfect balance. Which combine into the best student council president. IMO

Ha ha, I tried to do that but I wasn't given the mod tools access until just now. So I end up starting the contest from scratch. I did refer to the past contests tho.
